Ingredients:
- 3-4 flank steaks
- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, undrained
- 1 jalepeno pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 1 T cilantro
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 cup water
- flour tortillas
- cheese
- salsa*
- Add all ingredients except tortillas, cheese and salsa to slow cooker.
- Cook on low for about 8 hours.
- Serve on tortillas and top with cheese and salsa.
